Services Offered

We offer a wide range of services suited to each customers specific needs. Our own SOPs, can be provided which cover GMP/GLP requirements for instrument operation, or customer SOPs can be followed if preferred. Free consultations and quotes, either in-person or online, are available. All services are performed on-site at customer locations and using customer software for quality assurance ease, we follow strict GMP/GLP guidelines and will provide documentation and repair forms as needed.

Qualification

For existing and new laboratory set ups, we offer Initial and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) services. Qualifications are done per manufacturer recommendations tailored to fit customer preferences and GMP/GLP requirements.

Preventative Maintenance

To keep analytical instruments running at peak performance, we offer regular preventative maintenance to optimize reliability, repeatability, and efficiency to minimize instrument downtime.

Repair

When instruments fail we offer quick and affordable repair services, in most cases, we are able to arrive within 24-48 hours of service request, and will diagnose, replace needed parts, calibrate, and test instrument to confirm instrument performance.
